- Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale valid from Thursday 26th November (11am AEST) to Monday 30th November (10pm AEST).
- Strictly no sale prices will be retroactively applied to orders made outside the BFCM Sale designated time period.
- Promotional discount codes are not valid on sale items unless otherwise stated.
- DELIVERY - We aim to process your order within 24hrs of receipt. Orders placed before 11am, Monday through Friday, will be handed to AusPost the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday will be posted on Monday. Please note online tracking of orders is sometimes delayed until later in the evening.

- RETURNS - All items returned in line with the returns policy will be refunded at the transaction cost.

WE OFFER A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY AT HELLYHANSEN.CO.NZ
If you are not satisfied for any reason, with your product(s) purchased online (via this site) that are unused and in a saleable condition, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. We will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for returned item(s).
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To return a product, please contact us via email HERE or call us at (02) 8068 8600 between 9:00 and 5:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
We will provide you with a return authorization number and postal address.
Post your items and please hold on to your proof of postage.
Returned items will be processed within 72hrs of receiving them.
You will receive an email notifying you that your refund request has been issued to your banking institution.
ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED IF
The products are unwashed and unused (you can of course try the item on for fit)
The product is in its original undamaged packing (a carefully opened package is fine)
All tags are attached
The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned)
You have kept your proof of postage in case the return is lost in transit
