Delivery will be made by NZPost during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 24hrs of receipt - all orders placed before 11am, Monday through Friday, will be handed to AusPost the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be posted on Monday and/or the next business day.
We deliver via a trackable postal service which requires a signature upon receipt - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with Australia Post International Express.
- Although it is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
- Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of sale.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

We delivery using Australia Post International Express delivery services and all orders are dispatched from NSW, Australia, Postcode 2770. Calculate delivery time estimates here.
TAXES & DUTIES
As of 1st of December 2019 we are now required to apply and collect a GST tax of 15% for all New Zealand orders. All of our prices include GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax).
On orders over NZ$1000 you, the consumer, are required to pay duty. You will require client code: a unique number that identifies individual importers and exporters and is required as part of the import process for shipments valued at NZ$1000 or more.
